What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address and phone number, your event type, date, city or venue, approximate guest count, the services you're interested in and any message you write.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may also record basic technical information (such as your browser type and the pages you visit) to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

• To plan and deliver the event you book with us
• To keep records of our bookings and conversations with you

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't use it for anything you haven't asked for.

Who we share it with

Your quote request is delivered to us through a secure form-processing service. We only share your information with service providers who help us run the website or deliver your event, and only as much as they need. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, and then delete or destroy it securely.

Your choices
